Open an expert’s profile and choose an offering. Pick an open time, add a note for the expert if you like, and pay online. You’ll need a free account to book. The session then appears in your bookings with a link to join.
No. You can browse experts, their offerings, prices and reviews without signing up. You only need an account when you book a session, buy a course or resource, or register for a webinar.
Signing up and the study planner are free. Each expert sets their own price for sessions, webinars, courses and resources, shown before you pay. You pay online through Razorpay when you book or buy.
Every offering shows its cancellation and refund policy before you pay. Refunds follow that policy and Askobo's cancellation and refund terms.
At the time you booked, open your bookings and join the video call in your browser. There’s nothing to install, and you can join a few minutes early. Some experts use their own Zoom account instead, and then the joining link appears in your booking. Afterwards, an AI meeting summary can list the key points and action items.
